We worked closely with the ground worker at this job. We provided the setting out plans and applied for the planning application. Once accepted and groundwork was ready, we checked the site to measure the final brickwork before we started to make the oak frame and staircase. All of our oak frames are made to order, bespoke to your requirements and the space required.

The loft room is used for storage and a home office with big, top-hung Velux windows. These will also act as a fire escape.
