Two-bay oak garage with side store
This is the build log of a two-bay oak framed garage in Alresford. We built a store in the side and installed a loft floor for storage.
This barn is 6.25m wide x 5.4m deep with a roof pitch of 35° to provide. The building is clad with Scottish Spruce and the roof finish is clay tile.

the Details
The build features the oak frame, softwood stud work / cladding / rafters. We installed an upper floor over both bays, accessed via an internal lot hatch. Although the roof pitch is only 35 degrees, it does provide a decent sized storage loft.
The side store works nicely and is approx. 2m wide. We can make these any size so if you need something bespoke, just ask.
